Courtney was great and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. I did however experience issues with my confirmation call that shocked me. Adrienne called to confirm and seemed short. The next day I called her to see if I could cancel and she was very rude and hung up on me. I decided not to cancel and she didn’t even give me a chance to add upgrades before rudely hanging up.

I am in the process of finding a massage therapist that meets my needs regarding pressure and focus on troubled areas including my neck, shoulders, hip flexors and full back. Once I have a few more massages with this therapist, I will probably change my opinion to highly satisfied.

I am unable to schedule two massage appointments back to back without being charged an extra $20. That is ridiculous. This is a newer policy and should be removed.

I was accosted at the Quartermaster location and nothing was done. In fact, when I attempted to rebook they offered me the same masseuse who accosted me. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. I left a review on IG about it and then I was blocked by the location so I called to pause my membership. I have not been earning any credits since then. But, I have started to go to another location that has far better service, imo. Brandy and Judith at the Center City location have been the only reason why I want to keep my membership. However, I don't know how to change locations. If I can't I will just cancel and find a new place once all my points have been used.

Just one person I feel like she was not friendly but everyone else was friendly

The receptionist was friendly.Francis my massage therapist did a Fantastic job!!…I just would not like to be in Room 6 ,it is next to the breakroom,the doors were constantly being opened.Everyone deserves a break. I will just request for my next visit not to be in room 6.

Everything was fine! But for the cost wasn’t incredible. My masseuse was very nice and did check in on pressure. Overall though I left feeling like my muscles had been heavily worked, wasn’t necessarily relaxing. I did come in with a problem around my neck/tension headache but other massages have been more calming

I think we need more time than 60 minutes

My friend and I (Hillary Sands) both booked massages with lavender aromatherapy AND stones. I received my services but Hillary DID NOT. We were using Hillary's membership package to pay for these additional services. And now they expire in less than a month! What a waste of money! Unnacceptable!

I love the massage I get at my store, I also love being able to call and make an appointment on the phone or online
