More appointment times could be available, but I generally only haul a week in advance. And at times it’s difficult to book double sessions.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly; it was already marked as having been sterilized when I left, when it hadn't been, calling into question if the other rooms had been sterilized; I had to ask my therapist her name because she didn't introduce herself; she didn't massage my head, hands, feet, quads, or shins at all so while what she did was GREAT, it felt like an incomplete massage; she left without telling me if she would be back or asking if I wanted water or if I was done, just told me to take my time getting dressed and left

I wanted to use an additional package because I had it. Told the person and they only told me about one option and didn’t explain I had more money left to use

I enjoyed my experience at Hand and Stone, I had a massage and facial booked. My masseuse was running late, so I ended up seeing someone new 15 minutes into my appointment time. Massage went fabulous and once done I was fully dressed to see my aesthetician (I usually have to walk across the reception area so this is normal) but was in a room within the original spa area so I wish I received a robe to be more comfortable. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed both my services. Excluding the few bumps along my appointment I would have been highly satisfied.

My therapist constantly, over many appointments , has not done the full time. They continually cut my massage 5-10 minutes short. I understand they running behind but it is unprofessional.

I was hoping to have both massage and facial same day but there was not availability.

The massage itself was great, but I felt like the therapist didn't want to be there.

The very first massage I took the therapist didn't work on the achy area and refused to do so. Also, it would be good if they use any oil or let us get our own oil for massage. Sometimes the massage timings are less .
