Massage therapist was cold and she was very loud with moving around and banging things and lacked any grace during massage. I felt more tense with her loud sighing than relaxed

I wish there was a way to request no conversation service. I don’t mind a good conversation and masseuse is so friendly, but not during my massage, maybe before or after.

The only negative is that one hour massage should be a one hour massage. Taking away actual massage time for taking off clothes, especially winter clothing (boots, heavy clothing) is petty

The appointments frequently begin late, allow excessive time for changing, and do not make up for the time lost in the actual massage ... I'm getting to the point I'd rather pay more for a traditional spa and get my full massage time

I feel like the lower body massage stops at the l knees. Normally when I get a Swedish massage elsewhere they massage the entire leg and glutes.

The massage was not 50 minutes long. It lasted only 45 minutes

I didn't feel welcome with reception. I felt like I was interrupting the two receptionists when I came in, and they seemed generally bored and uninterested. I'm not asking for a red carpet treatment, but some politeness and interest in me as a client would be appreciated.

1 hour massage was not my full time (waited for about 5-10 min) arrived 2 min past the appointment time. Changed within 1 -2 min, then massage went for 40 -45min which was surprising. Next time I will arrive earlier to fully gauge the actual time and process.

Just felt like it was not an equal distribution of time spent on my body. Could spend more time other places

I thought the massage room looked clinical. It was not very relaxing. I was in the couples room for some reason even though I read getting a massage by myself. I guess I am comparing that room to another hand and stone I used to go to and their furnishings were a lot nicer. I didn’t have a place to hang my things in the room at your spa.
