Not a ver large selection of treatments. Felt products were being pushed. General cleanliness of front end of store.

I had booked two appointments at the same time for me and a friend. I was called a few days before the appointments and told that my masseuse was taking the day off and there was no other massage available at that time. I then had to take an appointment later in the day with a male masseuse, which was not my choice. I never received an apology. Maybe people should schedule time off before appointments are made?

The cost of membership is very expensive. Don’t feel that I get my money worth. Plus any thing extra is more money

The massage itself is only about 30 minutes but customers are charged for a full hour. I was very disappointed in that.

Was sewn exactly 1 month prior to the date. Scheduled for this visit. At the end of visit was told that I have to pay out of pocket

One thing I’ve found is that the massages vary dramatically depending on the therapist. Obviously everyone is different, but I’m always surprised by the variety of approaches. In this visit it was great, but sometimes it’s disappointing.

The website and book keeping is just awful and so difficult to use. I can’t be certain if I booked anything correctly on there. Likewise, I stuggle with my providers availability. I have been canceled on several times.

Just the smell of the room bothered me. Probably about due for a rug change.

no specific reason; I believe being Satisfied with a service is a positive response. To to highly satisfied, I would expect that there was something done "above & beyond" without additional cost - meaning no "up-selling".

I called to make my membership every other month, and this was done one month too late. People there are friendly but the therapists are also very hit and miss in general. Appointments often start later than scheduled.
