Michelle the massage therapist that was with my daughter was great. But, my therapist did not know what she was doing very well.

I’m a regular with a particular massage therapist and she is excellent. However the prices have gone up and the extras are super expensive… cbd oil for $30!

Bed was uncomfortable. Therapist should have addressed my area of concern as I listed on the application. Introduction was confusing with too much information & benefits better if written out for me.

I thought I asked my question to the esthetician as to how much the treatment would cost since she kept asking if I wanted to add on. It turns out it was $40 more than she told me. The cost for facials are confusing since it is hard to tell whether the base treatment is done at all when you have 2 addons.

Wished she would have done more deep tissue as I was clearly very tight. I wasn't there for a relaxation massage - perhaps I need to be more vocal next time.

Appointment did not start until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Appointment ended 10 minutes before the hour. I was scheduled for a 50 minute massage and only got 40 minutes.

Too much pushing of products. I bought a facial mask that cost 52.00. The same product at Walmart was 25.00! Too much markup!!!

The receptionist seemed to resent being there. Also, my initial appointment was for the wrong day- fortunately I realized it and was able to reschedule.

No major issues. Massage was what what I wanted. Room lighting could have been dimmer.
