The appointment began late and the therapist ended the massage early. The entire massage was only about 35-40 minutes.

I was surprised to find the price had gone up since the time I received my gift card, December 2019. I felt that I should have had the option to have more time to decide on subscribing to receive the lower price. Not that your service isn't worth it.

I'm not at all comfortable with anyone addressing Me on a first name basis it's extremely unprofessional especially, when the manner in which I prefer to be addressed is not clarified by Me. The reception continued addressing by my first name after being corrected numerous times. She gave Me the whatever attitude as if I were speaking a foreign language and the conversation didn't matter. Your staff needs coaching on the manner in which to address clients it should never be assumed that addressing any client by first name is professional behavior. My therapist Sarsh is always great. This was my first facial experience Judith was amazing.

Masseuse nails were scratching me. She was breathing heavy which was a bit distracting.

I had a hot stone massage but the stones were only used for a small percentage of the massage, maybe about 15%. I’ve had these before and typically they are they primary mode of massage.

Highly satisfied with the facial and esthetician; dissatisfied with the massage as the massage therapist moved very quickly and did not have a consistent pressure.
