Overall, great experience, the only nitpicking I had was that others outside of the treatment room were loud which detracted slightly from the overall atmosphere, but again it was a great experience and I would definitely come back for another massage!

After the massage it was just too much oil left on my body. I felt super greasy even after using the wet towel to wipe off the greasy areas on my body

I had been going to the same massage therapist for years but then I moved. While the young woman who worked on me was good, I miss an established relationship with an individual practitioner. And, nothing personal, I always prefer to support small businesses.

The massage therapist I saw gave the entire massage sitting down in a chair. Rather then massage my muscles she basically just rubbed them which I found to be very strange. I have had other massages with different therapists that were incredibly enjoyable and this massage was nothing like those.

Everyone at the front desk was extremely professional and kind. My massage with Courtney was amazing. She was one of the best I’ve had in a long time and I hope to see her again soon!

The only issue I have is for my Brazilian, only one type of wax was available and the quality wasn’t the best. Hard wax is better and more comfortable for waxing and the establishment does not want to use it.

I think it was just the location or the masseuse … but my 1hr massage plus 15 min add on was over in less than 40 minutes. I was dressed and checking out in less than an hour. Didn’t experience such a short massage when I visited the cherry hill location.

The reception area can get a little congested with customers. Spend a lot of time waiting to check in and out.

I was excited to see a morning appointment when I checked availability. I have been trying to use my membership but the time slots doesn't work with my schedule. I thought I booked my appointment at my regular location. I was on time for my appointment but at the wrong location. My travel time took away from my massage. The staff was accommodating & understanding.
