Hand and Stone

My appointment was supposed to be for an hour but both of the lady's finished with 15 minutes on the clock. So u did get all my time therefore I didn't get all my money's worth.

Just waited to be taken back. Appointment started late but ended on time.

Hi! I was just satisfied with my service there's NO reason why I did not choose highly satisfied.

I felt like everyone was trying to sell me something. Mid facial I’m being asked if I want to pay extra for x y z. Then as I’m leaving I’m being sold products and sold a membership. It was just so different than my experience at Rescue Spa.

I thought my Therapist was nice and did a good initial massage, it was relaxing and she did get some pressure points. I am use to a lot more and sustained pressure during my sessions. For a regular person it would be fine, I am an athlete so I need more pressure and certain points worked on more deeply. My muscle fibers are denser then the average person.

The reception area was overcrowded with too many people coming going. It took a really long time to check out and my check-in wasn’t even completed by the time the massage therapist was ready for me. Also my massage was done in room next to the reception area and the noise filter through. My massage therapist was excellent

The guy did give my towel to clean afterwards other then that it was good thanks

As a plus size woman, I wish that Hand & Stone would provide plus size wraps and robes. It should be part of our profile.

It was fine, a little lack though with COVID safety though, if i was not vaccinated i would be me worried, would be nice if folks washed their hands and put on gloves in front of you so you know you are getting fresh set of gloves and not the same gloves that touched doors and such.

The price was more than was expected
