The online system to fill out the prescreening forms is not user friendly. I unintentionally filled out the oncology form because once the Covid form was completed, the oncology form automatically popped up. Additionally the online booking system is hit or miss whether or not it will work well. Finally, my therapist started the massage face up but every other massage I’ve had started face down.

The overall experience was very good, the environment restful, and the masseuse knowledgeable. I should have booked a deep tissue massage instead of the Swedish massage I booked, but the pressure of the massage did not adequately relieve my problem areas. I also purchased an add on which I was told would add 15 minutes to my service, but the overall massage was only about 55 minutes.

The message therapist did not do my feet. I was disappointed as I really wanted this to be done but forgot to mention in beginning. Overall massage was just okay.

I was satisfied overall. I was more satisfied some aspects of my visit than others. Nonetheless, the experience this visit was on point.

I was satisfied with the knowledge and skills of the therapist, though I still feel stiff and in pain several days later. That may not be the fault of the therapist but rather the severity of my shoulder/neck/back stiffness and pain, and may mean i just need to continue to book additional appointments until the kinks can fully be worked out.

I did not hear music in the room during my massage. I later saw a sign to ask for it but it was after my massage.

My previous therapist has moved on, so it’s really just getting familiar with a new person and vice versa .

My masseuse's stomach was growling in my ear which was a little distracting. And other than the spritz of eucalyptus when we first started, the smell did not last the duration of the massage, so not worth the $10 add on.

My last experience at the salon was exceptional and this time it just fell flat. Last time my blankets were heated and the massage was overall better with the technician. This time I was in a couple’s massage room (I was solo), the linens were thin and cold, and I felt like the technician was just rubbing oil on me and not massaging.
