Hand and Stone

Added on a scalp massage which ended up being a head scratch. My hair stylist gives a better scalp massage than the massage therapist that I had.

It just wasn’t very good. She had me face up the entire time which isn’t relaxing. The pressure was fine but it didn’t feel like a professional massage it felt like a friend was just rubbing oil on me for an hour. Spent too much time in the same spots.

I thought it was great, but I would be more comfortable if there was an air purifier in each room.

i am extremely satisfied with the masseuse that i see. However i was told that they would wear a face shield in addition to a mask. She asked if i wanted her to wear one where they should always have one on and not ask for opinion. This should be a repeatable safety practice so i feel safer since i do not know what other guests are doing.

- massage was good, not great - got deep tissue, but the pressure was not that awesome - masseuse told me she wouldn't/couldn't do hand massage - never heard that before - also don't like the new fee structure. why we should pay to freeze our accounts is ridiculous. In times of COVID, you should be thrilled we are paying clients even if we can't pay the entire year, we continue to be members at least partially

It was cool just had to come back for another day reschedule they we’re very nice at the branch

Good massage. but not the best I have ever had

For one I noticed the Hand & Stone wall decor in the Reception area water was turned off. Whenever I come to Hand & Stone I always notice that wall decor because the sound of the water running helps me to relax. Also, I just felt my massage was rushed. That’s the second time I came to this location and a therapist didn’t massage my head. I know I should up said something but it just sets the mood off having to explain the therapist job. Overall I love Hand and Stone and especially this location. Next time I will ask for one of the therapist I had a great experience with. So glad y’all finally back open.

My original appointment date and time was cancelled by Hand and Stone. I was originally offered an upgrade to my service when rescheduling my appointment but no upgrades were provided on the new date.

I feel like the quality of the sheets and top blanket could be improved. They didn’t seem dirty but definitely need to be replaced.
