Everything was good, but my experience was not fantastic. For the amount that is charged per month for my membership, I feel there should be additional value added or offered, at least on occasion.

I have been to more luxurious spas and find Hand and Stone to be satisfactory but not luxurious. Sometimes outside noise can be heard.

It was near perfect. Always prefer more time for massage along w facial but I’m sure that would come w an upgrade. Overall she did a great job. My skin is so soft today!

I can't book in advance and when I find a time to go, there is little availability. But this is my problem not hand & stone. it would be great if there was a waiting list that could be created in case appointments are cancelled.

It was a lovely location, and the associates were quite nice. I was only not highly satisfied because I felt pressure to purchase products

The massages are advertised as 1 hour, and sometimes they are advertised as 50 minutes. Either way, both my facials and massages are typically only 40-45 minutes. While some people may take 5 minutes to undress and get ready, I am very quick (2 minutes or less) and is like my massage to start right on time. I am usually right on time or even early to my appointments but I am not taken back until almost 5 or 10 minutes after my appt time. This takes away from my massage or facial and it is not my fault. I have noticed this at multiple locations and at different dates/times.

Sometimes my 50 minute massage get cut short because of masseuse is running behind. I get it and really do understand, but if it keeps happening I will need to revaluate the service. It is just sneakie and I notice. If you really need to cut me short a few minutes, let me know. I get it.
