the spa needs a location other than the restroom to redress and apply make up.

The facial portion itself was not as transformative as the microderm add on.

I was not thrilled with the masseuse. He just didn’t seem that knowledgeable. In addition I spent the entire massage trying to keep the head rest in place..

The therapist began late which was frustrating and very common at this location. When I told him what was wrong, he seemed to be open to helping me out, but then I ultimately left with the same amount of discomfort in those areas (legs, neck, shoulders). Finally, I felt the pacing was off.

Great massage from Kyisha super sweet and helpful. Whole place was clean and organized and front desk staff was very informative. Have a great relaxing time there

I was satisfied with the services but I did not get a full hour massage or facial as promised.

Have been to quite a few spa, compared to ones I’ve been threw this wasn’t a wow experience for me.

There is not any specific reason why I was not “highly” satisfied with my hand and stone experience. It was very nice and I was definitely satisfied, it was just not especially excellent (any more so than any other facial experience of mine).

I checked all the boxes showing either satisfied or highly satisfied. The only issue I've had is that high turnover of therapist.

Would have been helpful to know where restrooms were when taken back.
