I think it was great. If I was to make suggestions, it would be: - less noisy beds (maybe get them tuned up, greezed, or looked at) - option to change the music in each room

It was a great visit. I got an awesome massage and facial from Roxanne and Chanelle. The only concern was that it just felt like a lot of pressure to buy products an more services at the front desk.

The only issue I had was that the massage table was VERY squeaky and every time the therapist touched me, it made a ridiculous creaking noise that was very distracting throughout. He did a great job with the massage itself and I did not mention it at the time, but the squeaking made it hard to relax fully.

Appointment started a couple minutes late. Issues with table caused need to change rooms and further delay apt start by 15 min. Those 15min were not captured on the back end so appointment was basically shortened by15min. Also unable to use part of a prepaid package to pay for upgrade with losing the difference.

My appointments were booked for an hour, however my massage lasted about 40mins-because rest of the hour is getting you in and out undressed and what not. That’s not paying for a 1-hour massage or even a 50min. I felt like I should have had more time on the table. Instead, the appointment before me ran over and in order to get to my facial ontime, the massage was shorter. A little disappointing. If it happens again I will cancel my membership.

My therapist did not maintain a consistent pressure the entire massage. They could have spent more time in my trouble areas.

The therapist was excellent. I didn't like the foot scrub used — I requested reflexology at the front desk. That was not industry standard. I didn't think that it was good business at all to charge more for "products" like scrubs and things — and the included them into the time of the actual message. Overall, the only area that is a reason that I would not return or recommend the company is the way that your add the fees for what other places, such as the Ritz — cost the same amount and provide the highest level of everything. The massage room I had was near the break room. The people in the break room were extremely loud and inconsiderate to the fact I was next door getting a massage. Otherwise, my massage therapist was great! The noise during a portion of it not so much.
