Did not feel relaxed at end of treatment, says that was my primary goal

First Off I never give Highly Satisfied scores unless it was above and beyond. There is always room for improvement. It's a good value for what you get but I have been to exceptional places.

Last visit ended i up with bruises. Even though I asked for firm pressure but it probably was a bit too much

Overall I was satisfied. The pressure must have been a little too much for me because my upper back in the center is very sore to the touch.

I felt like my experience seemed a little rushed. I was under the impression that my appointments would be a full 60 minute session but it was shorter than that.

First time at hand and stone. Was told to arrive 15 mind early, and ended up waiting 45mins until my facial began. I don’t understand why adding services to classic facial costs more but does not take more time. I feel the services were rushed. Would be nice if there was a waiting area in the back, between facial and massage appointments. There is no information on what type of training estiticians and message people have.

I came into the spa and I waited 15 minutes for my therapist. She started a full 15 minutes late but didn't give me any extra time!! I was disappointed, but what are you supposed to do??

Masseuse didn't get knots or try. Facial was awesome though

I felt that the massage was not as firm as I would have liked. I was surprised by the price at the end of the visit compared to the short massage. The place was great and massage was very relaxing which I enjoyed very much, I just don't think it was worth the price I paid.
