I have previously had two appointments cancelled while I waited bc one time an esthetician and another time massage therapist never showed.

Doreen is great! She is what keeps me coming back for more massages. Convenient location. Easy to book appointments. Couldnt ask for more

I don’t often have a massage so I was perfectly satisfied but not overly so. I find other activities more soothing.

The cancellation of membership was cumbersome. Otherwise, everyone is friendly.

The staff is very pleasant and nice. They are efficient and knowledgeable. When I went my back was tight and the masseuse tended to my needs perfectly.

The entire visit was great except at the end of the session I️ still felt tons of tension and knots in my lower neck down to my shoulders. Otherwise all my other problem areas were taken cared of.

I would like to try a different therapist when I come in next time - i will work with the receptionist when i schedule. There was nothing fundamentally wrong with my therapist. he just did not meet my specific needs. He was a bit too "energetic in nature" for my liking. I still enrolled in a membership because i enjoyed my massage and everything aboutt he location except for the therapist. The room was too cold and I know it was my choice to speak up or not to ask for a change. Again - this is not to report a problem with that therapist he did his job fine - I just didn't jive with him

I took my daughter yesterday for her birthday and the lady that did her massage smelled like cigarettes and she did not like that at all.

No specific reasons - there’s just always room for improvement and growth. I had no issue with the appointment.
