Room was cold. Very basic room — nothing welcoming. Didn’t like music

My only negative commentary is that the water machine was broken at the time of my visit. The team at the front desk found out it was broken when my friend and I arrived for our appointments. Over an hour later after my appointment, the machine was still broken, meaning we had no water to drink after our massages, though we are always advised to re-hydrate. I felt like someone from the front desk should have walked to the CVS two blocks away and bought some bottled water for the guests as an interim solution to the broken water machine.

I have found a tendency for the 80 minute massage to be short but 5-10 minutes on a consistent basis. Hopefully, you will pass this on anonymously so this issue can be resolved.

The treatment was great and the esthetician I worked with was excellent and could articulate in detail the procedure to consider for my skin concerns. The process of working my monthly "package" into another facial and treatment was very confusing. Also, if your procedure cost less than your monthly package amount you do not get your money back nor can you apply it to another service - so you lose money or have to pay extra even though you have packages on your account. I would like to get what I pay for and not have to worry about internal accounting issues.

It's now the next day and I have bruises on my back and I am in pain

The therapist was not waiting outside with water like all the other therapists do. Instead she was no where to be found. I have acne scars on my back so it made me feel as though she could have been disgusted or something. She still gave a good massage and applied the pressure I asked for so I still gave a great tip. She should be more aware next time.

Honestly - it was a great first experience. There's always room for improvement. All the ladies were nice but you can tell since we had a late night appt and it was end of the shift the energy level was toned down.

Too much talking by therapist

There was No music. Appointment didn't start on time. Didn't last full 80 minutes. I really wasn't that dissatisfied overall.
