Hand and Stone

I thought the service itself was great. However, during service, person spoke a lot about products and membership options. I wanted to relax and not hear about the options until after the services. I did end up purchasing a product recommended.

The room was freezing. The music was loud and cut out a lot during my appointment and played static instead.

I was satisfied with my experience and I enjoy the different options for type of massage that Hand & Stone offers. I usually need very deep tissue and I like that Hand & Stone offers this type of massage, not just Swedish massage.

I have a favorite therapist but she was not available at the time. Nothing the company could have done to change.

Would have preferred more time while I was in my back and less time with me on my belly Will address this at next appointment

My 80 minute scheduled massage was less than 80 minutes by nearly 10 minutes. Hopefully this will not recur with a future massage.

Roxanne is fantastic. She is kind, warm, professional, and a master at her massage work. I feel very good with her.

The music is a big part of relaxing for me. The system cutting in and out during my massage was distracting and I was unable to relax like I usually do.

The message therapist was wonderful, and quite knowledgeable. However, I never love the oils used. They always make my skin breakout afterwards.

I asked for a female therapist and got a male. I scheduled a 90 min session and got a 60 I would like therapists to ask about pressure often too light
