The reception area was being restocked by two employees so I couldn't look at products. The music system was broken so we had to listen from iPad. The face cradle kept shifting and wasn't comfortable. My therapist was good and attentive.

Therapist were great I don't like the monthly fee because I know I'm not going to be using it enough. If it was at a lower price I would continue it

The music selection was poor. I want to hear relaxing nature sounds and the music track had some soft jazz piano music. Really made my experience not as relaxing as it could have been.

To cold in the room. On occasion there was to much noise outside the room (talking/laughing).

It would be much easier to book my appointments online. I appreciate that the employees are telling me about the products but I can't help but feel that I am always being pushed to spend more money.

Massage with Mick was great! Facial with Haylina was AWFUL. she pushed upgraded services, began 12 minutes late, seemed totally disinterested in me, was rough.

Made appointments for facial and massage and was notified early in the morning that the person who does facials quit that morning. I understand that happens but it was still disappointing to miss a service. On the other hand I had one of my best massages ever with Kamry. She was able to work out knots from my shoulders without giving me a lecture on my bad posture. Excellent massage therapist...don't let her quit!

Love my massage therapist, Shirley. She does a really good job of targeting whatever pains I have. I also like the membership option of Hand and Stone, because it encourages me to schedule every month.
