I’m very satisfied with service I received from the therapist. She was knowledgeable of my needs in giving me the best massage I have ever received. Would recommend her again for my massage.

Colleen did my massage and made me very comfortable and her pressure and flow were good .I really relaxed.Judith was excellent she really is the facial master.I enjoyed both services and these ladies were awesome.can’t wait to book again

I especially appreciated the welcoming smile by the receptionists when I walked in the door, and the ease of booking my next appointment (which I did even before I got my massage). I wanted/needed a deep tissue massage, and the masseuse was fantastic.

Jess was friendly and professional. Coming from out of town for the marathon, the spa hours were perfect and making our appointment was problem free.

I find from the moment I walk in the door that everyone is welcoming and friendly. They know your name the waiting room is extremely comfortable, clean refreshing and the therapists are use respond to my every need it is the number one class act

The warm ambience upon arrival set the tone. I received a warm reception. My masseur was accommodating and compassionate and what a heavenly experience. The experience was magnificent.

I’ve been coming to Hand and Stone Center City for almost 8 years. I love that they keep track of therapists I use so that I can request the same person for my appointments. They do a great job reminding me to use my packages so they don’t go to waste. The therapists are really thorough and very professional. Massages, extra treatments and facials have all been amazing. Judith (esthetician) is in high demand for a reason. She is knowledgeable, helps me achieve my goals for my skin as it changed through pregnancies and aging (eeks) and everyone is just generally fun. The new remodel / addition of the facial suite is also very nice.
