The therapist asked and then did exactly what I asked for. She was friendly but not very talkative which is exactly what I wanted on that visit. She was able to be very effective at helping reduce my pain with gentle pressure, which is very unusual. Most massage therapists move onto using medium or intense pressure, which does not work for me.

I always have a relaxing experience. Therapists are mostly good. Better at the Center City location than the Broomall location. Good service for the price.

Very easy to book. Front reception staff always recommend and I am checked in quickly. I have my regular employees that I go to for my services. Judith is amazing for both my cryo and facials. Knowledgeable, friendly and exceeds expectations.

Judith is always friendly and very attentive to whatever skin issues I'm having. I love the calm, relaxing atmosphere in her room. She also does her best to find out how many packages and points I can use.

Paula is one of the best if not the bets massage therapist I have ever experienced. That is saying a lot because I have had numerous massages over decades, possible 100. My only suggestion would be, if possible, to have an isolated waiting room away from the reception area. This room could be designated for quiet to be used before or after a treatment. I have experienced spas with this, and I use it. I love it. The staff was not loud or bothersome but having this space is very therapeutic and I encourage you to trial it.

a masseuse I hadn't had before worked with me. She was wonderful. The therapist I normally work with was unavailable. She is consistently wonderful, too. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I like the music. High marks for cleanliness too.

I'm more satisfied with the masseuse rather than the spa. Michelle is great. I wish she worked at the H & S near me.

Everything was just as I expected. Staff was friendly, place was clean. I really loved CJ who did my facial. Felt great and she was so sweet.

All staff members at this location are superb. The receptionists are kind and friendly. They set the tone for a calm and relaxing experience. The esthetician is knowledgeable & enthusiastic and goes above & beyond to ensure a great experience.
