I’ve been a member at Rittenhouse HS Philadelphia since before it actually opened. I joined as a founding member 2 weeks before appointments were offered. As a founding member, I was told my monthly fee would never be increased - one of the reasons I joined. But that’s never been honored for me because of too much turn over of owners and management and staff. No one in charge will hear me about my original contract. Judith and Paula are the only reason I stay. They are the best part of all of Hand and Stone. And I’ve been to many other locations in the US. I’m lucky that they are at my HS. I’ll stay as long as they are there.

I pulled a muscle in my neck and I was grateful to be able to get a same day appointment. Brandy was very knowledgeable and checked to see my range of motion and worked diligently in trying to get my muscles to relax.

I have been to see Judith for the last 4 years and have referred my friends to her. She’s amazing!

I was dealing with some issues and Jessica was able to treat them. I see her every month and she is always awesome. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

The therapist was friendly and gave an excellent massage. She also gave me some suggestions on stretches. I was able to get in last-minute. Also, the receptionist suggested products and memberships but didn't hard sell anything or make me uncomfortable.

Michelle is amazing and does a wonderful job of understanding my needs with her work. Everything was on time and the room comfortable. The Front desk did not try to upsell me on anything, which was nice.

My monthly massage is always a enjoyable experience. I usually ask for Jess and she does a wonderful job. All of the therapists strive to make the the customer happy.

My Therapist was conscious of my comfort level and verbally checked to make sure I was comfortable

It's a comforting routine that is predictable..on time, clean, nice people...
