All of the personnel that I encountered (@ booking, checking-in, massage therapist, & checking out) were all friendly and very professional. As a long-standing Sales Executive, I especially appreciated the desk person that sold me a membership. Friendly, thorough, patient, and very effective.

Checking in at arrival was streamlined. The therapist is the best I've every experienced (and I have had a lot of massage work in the last 20 yrs. The reception area was decorated for the season an very beautiful & relaxing.

Hand and stone experience was inviting and plenty of staff . hand and stone was friendly and relaxing before your appointment. And hand and stone hase a clean area's in the whole building.

The receptionist area is professional and relaxing. The room was small private calming and the music and aromatherapy was soothing and delightful! Thank you for the efficient respectfully attention and SPA service.
