Jess is an excellent massage therapist and I adore her. She listens to my concerns about my needs and always remembers my personal preferences regarding temperature and pressure.

My massage therapist, Paula, was excellent as she applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout my treatment. In addition, she repeatedly asked if I was comfortable during the treatment. Lastly, she offered advice on things that could improve my overall health as well as new treatment ideas. Paula is AMAZING! Also the receptionist (Tracy?) was excellent as she shared the various membership offers and was very helpful in booking my next appointment!

Emily always does a great job. She understands my needs and basis the massage on them. She is also very helpful in recommending other services.

All the staff were wonderful; from booking over the phone, to checking in, to the massage therapists. This H&S has a wonderful team!

This was my first time at this location (it was an accidently switch up as I usually book somewhere else and called the wrong number). I could not be more happy about this mistake. Shea was hands down the best facial experience I have had in all my time at H&S. I was left disappoint after my last service, to the point I almost cancelled my membership. I'll now only be using Shea in the future. The reception staff was also extremely friendly and helpful and the environment was super clean and inviting.
