The esthetician was highly knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to provide a great experience that went above and beyond what I would have expected.

My therapist was good. She clearly knew what she was doing, but I thought that she was too medical with some of the information she was giving. I know she was being helpful, but for a bit, I thought I was at a doctors appointment instead of at a relaxation session. Note:She did not give medical advice, so she was not doing anything wrong. She just made some observations based on my bone structure that she discovered during the session.

The whole process made using the gift card extremely easy and exciting. I loved the ease of checking in as well as the expertise of my massage therapist! My partner (who I got the couples massage with) was extremely happy as well!

I love coming to Hand and Stone for a Facial by Judith. It is always a Treat! I rely on Judith to let me know what my skin requires and have never been disappointed. I will continue to look forward to future facials with Judith on a regular basis!!!

Very easy to book the appointment and fill out necessary forms online. Staff was friendly and professional. Michelle did a great job.

I tried for a next-day appt online and then went to the phone. Tracy was able to set me up with a next day appt at a time that worked for me. She also fully explained the benefits of becoming a member and that I could share my monthly appts with my daughter who lives in Philly (I live in So. Calif). So I joined up! About two hours later I realized I needed to move up my time and once more, Tracy was able to fit me in and was very gracious in doing so. I also purchased a Trinity EMS facial device and the manager (I forget her name :() was very informative and helped me make a good decision about the product and the operation of the device.

Everyone there friendly. Didn’t wait for my appt. Waiting area decorated very nicely. Esthetician was knowledgeable.

Franklin is great.

It was just great. The reception area was so relaxing and smelled wonderful. The therapist was kind and gave me an AMAZING scalp massage and a great foot rub.
