I had a great experience at my first massage at Hand and Stone. I had Melissa and she was amazing. Every massage I had been to in the past, no one has addressed my back's needs in the way that she did. It truly was a first deep pressure massage after years of seeking the perfect one, I found it. Front desk was very helpful and I was really appreciative of their flexibility and communication through out my experience!

Massage therapy allows me to get in touch with how I am feeling physically and address physical issues before they worsen. I hope this improves my overall well-being, mental, physical and emotional. The therapists are dedicated and knowledgeable and willing to help with areas that need attention.

I ran a few minutes late to my appointment, called to check in. Reception was very kind in the phone. Everyone was very pleasant upon my arrival. My massage therapist, Michelle, was awesome!! We had great conversation. She was able to work out a lot of knots and soothe a lot of my pains. The scent of the lotion she used was sooo beautiful and lemony. I enjoyed the experience so much, I bought a membership!

We were warmly welcomed on the phone and in person with the front desk receptionist, Kaia! She made the whole experience so pleasant for us. In addition, my husband received one of his best massages ever from Franklin!

I was highly satisfied with my experience. And continue to keep coming back for massages in the future.
