Everything was as I expect it to be. The therapist is one of the best I have had anywhere and could easily be the best therapist I have ever had at Hand & Stone.

I was Highly Satisfied Satisfied because Carmen was available on a Wednesday and Tuesday's are my preferred Hand and Stone days,also Highly Satisfied that my replacement for Frances was with Michelle;miss Frances but Michelle is a blessing of a replacement...thank you.

Jamara is an excellent massage therapist. She easily finds my problem areas and knows how to manipulate the connecting muscles to get rid of my pain. Jamara knows well the muscular skeletal system. It's sometimes hard to get an appt. with her so I try to book ahead. She's a real professional!

Sherida provided a fabulous massage! The pressure was perfect and my stif. body felt wonderful after i walked out the salon. Sherida gave me a terrace massage. The folks at the reception desk checked me in quickly.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly from the start. Emily took the time to ask several questions before she started and gave a great massage.
