Front desk staff always friendly and welcoming when I enter. They all know my name. They make checkin very streamline. Even when calling staff phone friendly. Waiting area always clean as is the entire spa. When passing other staff members they say hello. Judith has been my care giver for many years. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. Always manages my skin issues on a seasonal understanding. Always makes great recommendations for my skin. Really feel welcomed by entire staff, all staff very knowledgeable manager she is always friendly and helpful.
