My check in/out and wait time is always seamless. Also Ayonna is such an incredible massage therapist. She knows a lot about the body and it really shows. The only complaint is that I can’t stay longer. :)

I booked my first visit online, received confirmation email texts completed intake form and when I arrived I was told I didn't have an appointment. This is an issue with the website. However, the reception was very helpful in promptly finding me an appointment. The cost is reasonable with the membership however the upgrades are a little overpriced

My esthetician Shae at the Center City location was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with addressing my skin concerns. Will definitely be booking with her again.

Frances my therapist is a sweet wonderful person. She is eager to make you feel comfortable and wants to make you happy.

The therapist clearly tailored the massage to my needs. She explained her background, which reassured me prior to the massage even starting. She explained why she used different techniques and products throughout the entire session.

Helps me relax and feels good

I was hesitant about coming on during the pandemic. The waiting room and massage room were both very clean. Everyone was extremely friendly.

I was pleased with the professionalism of the receptionist and the esthetician. The level of service I received was better than I expected. The products used on my skin were warm and refreshing.
