The location is great (I can walk easily to/from home), the staff seems very nice, and the massage was great. I look forward to returning and renewing my membership.

The Hand and Stone located on Locust received highly satisfied scores because they were very welcoming the place was clean and that made sure me and my Fiancé felt comfortable our entire stay. We are going to share this location with our family and friends.

From start to finish Hand & Stone at 1425 Locust Street In Philadelphia Pa is amazing! From the cleanliness of the front glass door, the entrance carpet, the receptionist station, the waiting area, the hallway, the bathrooms to the massage room. Always so neat, tidy, fresh spell & soothing music! Courtney has been my masseuse since the start of my membership & she is amazing. I love how she remembers & resisted my aches from my previous visit & ask what I would like to work on this visit. Her personality is so relaxing. I have referred her to many past customers!

This was such a great massage!!! She really helped my back and shoulder soreness. Also massaged my scars which helped a lot with the pain and scar tissue build up.

Franklin was very knowledgeable in giving me my massage. I told him the problems I was having with my back and he paid attention to the area involved. Other than the fact that I have back issues, I was very satisfied with the massage and booked another massage next week.

The back treatment and scalp massage were quite relaxing. I enjoyed chatting with the aesthetician during the procedure. She explained throughly everything i asked about.

My therapist focused on my specific aches and pains. She took time to address my needs and listen to my concerns. She also was a talented therapist who targeted the proper trigger points.

My massage therapist, Iyonna, gives excellent massages and attends to my specific problem areas as requested. She has been a long-time, consistent employee ay this location which makes it easy for continuity.
