Hand and Stone Center City has the best staff - Judith, Paula, Cheyanne and Brittany (whom I see every month). Each of them is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable in their position, customer service and expertise. The spa’s attention to Covid protocols is top rate. I thoroughly enjoy and feel relaxed and refreshed after every visit.

Jessica (my massage therapist) was amazing and very nice. She was so knowledgeable about massages and about the body itself. I already recommended 2 friends to use/transfer my packages to go see Jessica!

Paula is the best person I’ve ever been to for a massage. Everytime I walk in everyone makes me feel very comfortable. They kept everything very much under control of covid 19.

Great customer service. When there was an issue with my original appt last minute, they accommodated me for the next day.

I prefer to make appointments on line but your new website is not user friendly. Did not receive any offering to complete check-in forms on line. Did complete the Covid form st check-in.

I was initially very nervous about going back to Hand & Stone during the CoVID epidemic. However, I was reassured by the cleanliness of the waiting room and the measures being taken to protect my health and the health of others. I was the only person in the waiting room, and my therapist wore a mask at all times.

I am impressed that my esthetician remembered me and my specific skin concerns from my last visit. She answered my all of my questions in a knowledgable manner. I also love the Dermalogica products that Hand and Stone uses on my skin. It is also nice to receive a massage during my facial. A completely relaxing experience and I left the spa feeling refreshed and radiant!

Mia often checked in to see if pressure and techniques were good. She hit all the areas that were tight. I’d be happy to return

I feel COVID safe and Jamara is an excellent therapist. She knows how to find the pain and alleviate it.
