Chiane is the best massage therapist I've ever experienced, and I've had many and never had a bad massage. I wanted to tell her this after the massage and regret not doing so. She's just so great at what she does and is clearly very experienced. She even uses some techniques I've never had someone use before that were amazing! I told her I was having a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck and she offered to have the whole massage be upper body, which I gladly accepted. The receptionists were also super nice, and the ambiance is as peaceful and quiet as you can get in Center City Philly. The appointment started about 15 minutes late, but Chiane apologized first thing and explained it's because of the extra sanitizing happening during Covid, which I appreciate and definitely don't fault her or the staff for. I'm definitely considering a membership, even on my student budget, honestly mostly thanks to Chiane.

It was easy to schedule a last minute appointment. Everyone was very friendly. I felt safe in the setting of COVID and the precautions taken. My therapist was knowledgeable.

Just the environment and safety of everything was great to me due to COVID 19. My therapist Franklin was awesome. Very knowledgeable of my areas of pain and my active lifestyle of where there coming from. Wonderful Service of effort.

The spa at the staff were so accommodating to me and the guest I had brought with me. Everything started on time, the staff answered all of our questions and they were all so kind. They worked really hard to keep the spa functioning and safe.

I loved that Hand & Stone made sure we were all safe by having all of us have our masks on and for having a special box to keep our clothing. My massage therapist was amazing and offered suggestions for my issues. I love that the front desk staff helped me make an appointment for next time.

The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming and it was very easy to check in. My massage therapist was very welcoming and focused on problematic areas that I have mentioned before hand. I liked how clean and calming the room was and the music in the background really helped me to relax.

The therapist did exactly what I asked and avoided the areas I do not like massages for. The pressure was good and I walked away feeling much better
