Best massage in a very long time. I will be returning to the same massage therapist.

I was very impressed with the measures taken for health and safety. My masseuse and the receptionist explained the new processes, and answered questions. I’m considered an essential worker so this massage was a wonderful treat.

Every time I come to this location they are attentive and helpful with getting me the most relaxing expeirence. I was nervous going during COVID but felt extremely safe and protected. I tell all my friends to come here and do the membership program!

Everybody is always very nice

From start to finish everything was satisfying. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. And my massage therapist was amazing I can’t wait to return!

It was the first day the spa was open post pandemic. Everyone from the receptionist to the massage therapist were friendly, masked, and made sure I was aware of the measures they were taking to protect me. I noticed that my massage therapist washed her hands very throughly before and after my massage.

They made me feel welcomed from the time I came in. They knew my name. Jessica was pleased to see me and reviewed my record to know where to start off. Judith did the same thing. She knew exactly what I needed

I was welcomed in with a warm greeting. As always, Judith was on time and ready to service me at my scheduled time. Judith is very knowledge in her field and this makes for a very comfortable experience. With her recommendations, I’m willing to upgrade my services. Judith is extremely good at what she does and this keeps me coming back to H&S.

Easy to book for the most part although the mobile app still doesn't work. Staff are all pleasant and friendly and the waiting area is nice. Massage therapist is always wonderful and attentive.
