My service was great. I had not had a wax in a few months and she was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and gentle. I truly appreciated her patience and thoroughness.

Once I step into this location, I am amazed at how quiet it is. Even though it is in the middle of a city, I cannot hear the hustle and bustle of the outside world, which is amazing to me!

Ellie was warm, friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel as if I was the only client present.

The place was very clean and relaxing. My back was extremely tense and I had a lot of pain and Andre worked out all the knots. My back feels much better today. I would definitely recommend H&S and Andre as well.

I think there needs to be an iPhone app that makes appointments easier especially when I as a customer is using different locations. I also think the interface for making appointments could be easier overall. I also would like to see my account summary easier like what packages I have or rewards and what not. I think what needs work is the technology aspect of H&S.

Courtney is great! She always addresses all my concerns. She is very skilled and gives a wonderful massage that helps with all my aches and pains and stress.
