Everyone at the salon was very polite. The esthetician was very friendly and took her time to address my skin concerns. She recommended new skincare products upon my request and explained everything she was doing during the facial, making sure I was comfortable.

Pleased w reception, masseur, cleanliness of facility. Good value for dollar. Not as pleased w request to have a print out of last years use age on my account. And attention to my needs going forward. Another receptionist handled it better and I will work w her.

Overall it was just a great experience for me. This is something that I have wanted to do for a long time and it was a great birthday gift to myself. The service was great and I love the way my face looks and feels.

My massage therapist is the best. She knows all my problem areas and dogs right in. I always feel so relaxed and happy after my massages! However, there was a TON of noise in the hallway during my massage. This had nothing to do with my therapist. It seemed other staff members were talking a lot, laughing, and slamming doors during the duration of my session.

Roxanne is amazing. Can't wait to see her again. Facial with Mindy was very good, too.

I suffer with migraines and massages help me to relax in the shoulder area, improving my overall health and decreasing frequency of migraines. H&S offers a good value for weekly massages, and I appreciate the services they provide. I'm there frequently, and would say that services are very solid. Nothing fancy, but solid.

The staff were friendly and professional and atmosphere totally relaxing.

My massage was wonderful and the experience was good. My only complete was that is seemed cut a little short- I wasn't taken back til 7:05 and it was completed by 7:50, so therefore it was not a full hour massage.
