The reception team called to remind me that I had unused packages one week prior. I couldn’t book just then, however, I appreciated the reminder. They offered information for my esthetician, Emily’s’, typical schedule and I booked the next week. Emily is polite, knowledgeable, and all around very accommodating to my concerns with pressure areas. 100% relaxed during the appointment and looking forward to my next visit.

My monthly visit is my favorite part of the month! This is such a necessary service for me that I wish it were covered by insurance. Sometimes, I can hardly walk straight or use my right shoulder, and my massages along with stretching and exercising are the only remedies.
