Mia Murray has been an excellent massage therapist. She always is responsive to my needs and has very good technique for relaxing aching muscles. There have been a few issues where her previous appointments have run long and that impacted my start time, but that's not entirely in her control and does not otherwise detract from my experience.

Lauren does an excellent job of tending to pain areas discussed during consultation, and is very accommodating during the massage by continually checking in.

Roxanne is one of the best massage therapists I have ever used. She responds to requests I have for working on those areas of my body that give me trouble. She is warm and friendly as are the staff at the desk. One therapist I had when Roxanne was not available, came for me late and finished early. I was upset. When I complained to the manager, I was given an apology and a free half hour extra massage. That is good customer service.

Judith is amazing. Very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s evident that she cares about her clients.
