Reception knows me by name and is always friendly and Lauren is the best of the best and always is very attentive to my needs.

The reception team is very kind and helpful. My therapist, Sara C., was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable by checking in throughout my appointment.

Judith was lovely. Assessed my skin. Gave recommendations. Talked me through process and showed diagrams to explain. Walked me out to share recommended product without pressure to buy.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and welcoming. I didn't feel awkward while waiting, and they made me feel very comfortable. My therapist paid attention to every detail I gave to her prior to my massage and it was an overall wonderful experience.

I have the same therapist each time and she knows my trouble spots. I am able to schedule ahead so as to get the time that I need

I’ve visited this H&S several times and was a member for a while. I had to pause and eventually cancel my membership due to financial struggle unfortunately. I was using my remaining 2 packages for a massage and facial on 11/17 and it was the best massage AND the best facial I’ve ever had!
