Judith was wonderful and very knowledgeable about skin. She is the reason I come to this Hand and Stone location. My skin felt wonderful after the Dermalinfusion service.

The therapist I had scheduled with was out sick but I was offered another therapist (who was excellent!) for the same time. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The therapist was very observant of my tight spots and focused on them appropriately.

I haven’t had mixed experiences in the past with hand and stone. I booked this last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect because I never had Courtney before or went to this location. She was incredible and one of the best I’ve had in a while, she really knew what she was doing and how to relieve my pain areas

Everything was perfect. I was very nervous about getting my first massage and how hot the stones would be, but my therapist made sure I was very comfortable during my entire appointment. Definitely coming back to Hand and Stone soon!

I have been a charter member of HS Locust St location in Philadelphia since it opened. I go every month for a facial with Judith and a massage with Paula. Both of them are the best in their field. Judith keeps my skin glowing and clear. Judith is so knowledgeable about skincare and my skin has never looked better. Paula keeps my muscles (especially in neck) flexible and pain free. I have disc degeneration and nerve damage in neck and Paula knows exactly how to massage that area. I see only the two of them and have for the past 3+ years. So happy that I found them! They are the best! Receptionists know me and when I like to come in, so they accommodate my request perfectly. They also remind me of gift card promotions which I also purchase and know about my available points to use for services. Everyone is very friendly

Ellie is the best esthetician! Very knowledgeable in the services that she provides. She is very passionate and caring about her work. I have noticed significant improvements in my skin. She provides excellent customer service! I almost stopped returning to Hand and Stone until I was scheduled an appointment with Ellie. The other two other estheticians from Hand and Stone were not very experienced, one made my skin even worse. The receptionists are great as well!

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during my experience. If anything, this last massage was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.
