Lauren is the best massage therapist I've been to. I love her demeanor and her deep tissue massages. She uses just the right amount of pressure. The receptionists are so friendly and always offer me new.services and how to maximize my packages.

I had a new massage therapist and she was very friendly and gave a great massage. I knew I had some tightness and purposefully booked a deep tissue massage for this. Was not as relaxing but I did not anticipate being overly relaxed. Felt much better the next day!

Judith is incredibly knowledgeable about facial services and products. She's recommended some of my new go-to skin care products. She also makes me feel incredibly comfortable during the facial, and the room is always set up nicely and is clean. I would recommend her to everything except that it would be harder to schedule an appointment with her! My only request is that my online H&S account show the balance of my membership and packages so I know what I have left to use. As it is, I have to ask the front desk for an update each visit.

every part of my visit was incredible, the attention I received as soon as I walked in the door was superior and there was hardly any wait time... then the massage itself was super amazing there are NO words to describe the absolute calming most relaxing massage I've ever gotten

Julie is Awesome! She gives the best facials that I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. My skin glowing. I always feel like I’m well relaxed when I leave Hand & Stone.

Staff is wonderful. Ladies at reception friendly and welcoming. Judith always knowledge and makes you comfortable. Spa is always clean.

I usually get deep tissue massage but receptionist and therapist both suggested hot stone and I'm glad they did. Andre did a fantastic job!
