My massage therapist was exceptional. She had great pressure and I felt amazing during and after my massage, so much so that I booked with her again in the coming week. I always have a good experience at hand and stone and that’s what has kept me coming back as a member for years.

The products used, the music, the lighting, all of it worked toward creating a relaxing and stress reliving environment.

My therapist properly introduced herself in the waiting area. We had a 5 minute conversation about what I wanted from my treatment. She did precisely what we discussed and explained to me some ways to continue to take care of my body between appointments. In fact, I booked another appointment with her when I was checking out after my massage.

Check in at the Locust Street location needs to be smoother, I wait sometimes almost 5 minutes to give them my name, and when I arrive early and then suddenly I'm 'late,' its a shame.

I especially love the facial massage that Ellie does as part of the rejuvenating facial.
