Nick is an excellent therapist. I have had previous therapists who were just ok, but he is really knowledgeable. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful.

I have belonged to and regularly attended Hand/Stone for several years. I've changed from once a month to twice a week to weekly and now twice a week in order to maintain the muscle, flexibility, pain avoidance etc throughout the week. The office staff is professional and friendly and always assists me in making appointments; and occasionally when I've had to change a date/time. My massage therapist, Amelia, is phenomenal. I have had several different therapists over the years with great satisfaction.

Everything was so nice. Greeted so nicely, great atmosphere. My massage was heavenly. Then I had a 30 min break, everyone was really nice about thinking of ways to fill my time between appointments. I went and got a breakfast sandwich ( my choice) around the block and then returned to get a lovely facial. Both were knowledgeable, friendly, funny, women of color and they made me feel really welcome and safe. I will definitely return. And I already texted my girlfriends about my spa day and we are gonna get a gift card for our mutual friend. I will be back!

The entire experience is very well organized and professional. The therapist Anthony is very good. Receptionist is excellent in welcoming and assisting.
