The receptionist was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped solved a concern I had easily that allowed me to re-think cancelling my membership. The esthetician was knowledgable and took time to discuss my specific concerns for my visit.

The process to schedule an appointment for a massage was very easy, and the staff at the salon was extremely friendly and helpful. The massage therapist, Norbert, was very knowledgeable about muscles and bones, and was able to recommend the right kind of massage for my needs. He was very friendly and skilled and I felt less pain when I left after the massage. I signed up to be a member so I have another appointment scheduled in a month.
