Norbert is the best. I like his massages but can never get appoitments. I'm evaluating value of membership.

Rosa always thorough and pleasant. A master of her craft. A new massage therapist, unsure of her name. But massage was excellent !

The therapist asked me where I needed the most work. The therapist even suggested more areas to work on. The ambiance was very relaxing!

On Friday I made an appointment for a massage I sat around for over 20 minutes before someone came to tell my appointment was cancelled masseuse’s was having car issues!! 20 minutes is a LONG time to wait!! I had no issues with my facial on Sunday, Monica was fantastic!!

Front desk team super nice, great management (I also visit another hand and stone and prefer this location because the team is more pleasant.)
