I am always addressed by name with a smile from all the ladies manning the front desk. Monika is amazing and my skin has never been happier. Norbert is great and I will continue to enjoy my monthly day of self care at the bedminster location. I would also like to make a point of how festive and lovely the fall decorations are in the lobby!

The reception staff were well informed and very hospitable. The one lady was really awesome (I don’t recall her name). The massage therapist was very professional. He listened to what i requested.

The service was so great that I bought a monthly package!

From booking to the massage itself, I enjoyed my experience. The massage was given as a gift and it felt like one from start to finish. When I get another massage, I would request Regina again.

I have been a member for at least 6 years. I have never had an issue with any of the services or the staff. Everyone is friendly knowledgeable and very accommodating. My anesthetician is wonderful and my skin always looks fabulous after each facial.

As always, my massage was wonderful. I did indicate upon checking in that the therapist wear a mask. That wasn't the case as the therapist didn't wear a mask. I didn't say anything as people are weird about mask wearing now that it's no longer mandated.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, I like that you are welcomed by name. Most of all, my masseuse knew her job and made me feel comfortable
