Quality of work was great!!

Therapist concerned with my well being. She adjusted her pressure to fit my needs. Started appt early because I arrived early. Ashley works hard

I get massages 1-2 times per week. the Therapists are excellent. The experience is always exceptional

Julian, is one of the top therapists I have seen. I’m always very glad when his availability and my schedule coincide.

I am pleased to go to Hand & Stone monthly, but I am tired of surveys monthly.

Monica the facialist was warm, knowledgeable and friendly. She met my specific needs to a “T”. I momentarily forget the name of my massage therapist but she was lovely and I enjoyed my massage as well.

First off, Julian is just the best masseuse ever (always!). I won't make an appt unless I get him. I'm in retail (physical type job) and he always manages to get all the kinks out of my neck, shoulders & back. Also, first time I used Haylie for my facial the same day. Just loved her. I'm kinda new at getting facials and she explained what she was applying (many steps) which helped me to relax; and during extractions of clogged pores, she always asked how her pressure was which I truly appreciated. And I have to give kudos to Julia (the receptionist) because she informed me of how many packages I had stacked up when I called to make the massage appt with Julian (I didn't realize), so that's why I made the facial appt too. I left a happy camper that day, so relaxed & mellow :-) P.S. I hope to use my coupon towards the coconut water enhancer, don't ever stop selling that; I use it daily in my water bottle for work.

Its a great place and everyone I have come in contact there is very good at what they do.

I was extremely satisfied with my massage. Julian was very responsive to my unique needs as I have a fractured foot and he was able to accommodate me. I love the massage table - temperature adjusts rapidly.
