The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The massage was great- I'm glad my massage therapist asked me what kind of pressure I wanted before the massage started. She even doubled checked with me that the pressure was ok while I was getting massaged.

I come to Hand and Stone every two weeks and am always delighted with how relaxed and better I feel when I leave. Sharama is my therapist and has been for several years, she is excellent, friendly, very professional. I recently had a major operation and wasn't sure if I should have the massage, but it had been a month since my last one and my body needed it. So I told Sharama I couldn't lay on my stomach and she didn't miss a step she said I can take care of you, not to worry. And she did, it was such a good massage and I felt great when I left. The only problem is she is hard to get, my next massage is in a month since she was all booked up. As a result I booked my appointments up to the end of July!!

My therapist is very friendly and accommodating. I asked her to focus on my feet and she spent the last part of the session on them. My back is also a lot better.

Can't emphasize enough how much I look forward to my monthly massage. I have a very stressful Retail job (I endure both physical & mental stresses on a daily basis), so this visit truly rescues my mind, body & soul. My masseur Julian is just the best. I feel quite fortunate to have found him because you get the sense he really cares about my back & overall well being. He has literally cured back issues of mine (more than any doctor ever has), little to no back spasms, and less sciatica issues. I always tell him, he's a real miracle worker. I made a pledge to myself when I joined, that I would go on a monthly basis and I've stuck to it because of Julian and the results I've seen.

Everyone is so skilled and knowledgeable. The clean rooms are so important. Receptionist are always helpful and pleasant.

The therapist focused on the problem area and had time for other areas.

The man that massaged me really helped my back pain. He asked how the pressure was during the massage. I felt like I could fall asleep.
