Everyone needs a Margaret in their lives! She knew exactly how and where to target my problem areas. She was communitive throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure and the amount of time spent on each area. She is also very knowledgeable with the body to aid in her techniques. She also gave great tips and takeaways that I can do at home. She is a great addition to the H&S team.

The massage therapist was very good. She applied the pressure level I needed. I feel better now.

Monika is always professional and has helped my skin so much. I have never consistently gotten facials because they never helped me but she is so knowledgeable and great with helping me with the right products and services. I go every month because of her.

Norbert was great. I came in with terrible neck pain. He concentrated on my neck and back. When he finished I was slightly sore but out of pain. I could turn my head again. Norbert recommended a stretch session, and I plan on returning for that session.
