Hand and Stone

I had both a massage and facial this day and left feeling relaxed. Both of them were very sweet and took good care of me. All of the staff is always friendly and everything is always neat and clean.

Friendly receptionist who immediately offered me a warm neck wrap which was great because it was one of our first cold and snowy days of the winter. I immediately felt warm and at ease. She smiled and was very attentive. Massage therapist was warm and friendly listening to my issues and addressing them with the extra attention they needed.

This particular location has very friendly staff. My massage therapist, Christine, is always willing to listen to what I need at each individual appointment. She delivers a perfect massage and serene environment in order for me to truly enjoy my appointment time.

Jenniffer always asks about specific aches/pains and addresses them. The reception are and rooms are nicely done with pleasing music/noise (love the fountain). Receptionist knows my wife and I by sight and name!

The experience was perfect. I felt very relaxed. My skin needed that!

This location is beautiful and very relaxing. I was relaxed before the massage. The receptionist was super friendly! The massage therapist did an amazing job at keeping me relaxed and hitting the points where I was tense. I will be back again.

My therapist could detect my shoulder issues right away. My therapist was friendly and very knowledgeable about anatomy and allowed me to sample what a hot stone massage would feel like.

If you want to cancel a membership and you have a lot of packages built up. They end up stealing money from you qith the restrictions on how long you have to use them. So you either cancel and waste a lot of money or keep paying and waste money. I paid for then, they should not have an expiration date once a membership is cancelled. Give people a year, not 60 days. How do I use 18 packages in 60 days.
