Our first time at Hand and Stone for a couples massage and the entire staff was very nice. The massage therapists checked in occasionally to make sure we were comfortable and the entire experience was relaxing!

Ashleigh is my regular massage therapist. Ever since I started seeing her several months ago, my experience has improved 100%. I had numerous issues with Lancaster location and since coming to Wyomissing location, I would not go anywhere else!

Evie was absolutely great! The facial was very relaxing and I liked how my skin looked and felt during my facial and after!

Shawn has been coming to hand n stone for several years for massages on his neck cause he has scoliosis in his neck and gets knotted up Mike Heffner is Shawn's therapist He is a excellent therapist We are so blessed to have him for Shawn .We couldn't be more satisfied with everything every time he sees Mike

The customer service and professionalism from the staff to the massage therapist is extraordinary. The staff greets you with a friendly smile, knows your name and makes you feel at home. The massage therapist takes his time to get to know my concerns then basically takes care of any aches, pains then gives recommendations to improve my overall wellness until the next appointment.

This was.my first time ever getting a massage. I was a bit nervous and didn't know how any of it 'worked'. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff was wonderful. I was greeted with respect and immediately felt a calm and soothing atmosphere - just what I needed right now as my life has been very stressful. Massage therapist was wonderful. The receptionist that checked me out told me all the benefits of being a member. I became one and we booked my next appointment Looking forward to trying the Himalayan stone massage as he recommended!

The employee’s were very welcoming and attentive. My massage therapist was awesome. Made me feel very relaxed and was very attentive to my needs. I would be going there again real soon.
