My massage therapist was very accommodating & very effective on the areas of my body that she was able to massage during the allotted time, but I had another service in addition to my massage which increased my overall satisfaction.

Construction noise next door. Not your fault. But, possibly could have used another room away from the noise.

Nafeesa is a great esthetician and I enjoy getting my facials with her. I also enjoy the Gainesville VA location the most.
